    Our well established and well respected client is looking for a new team member to join them asap. It is paramount that you not only have an excellent customer service and positive can "do attitude" but you must also be the kind of person that is more than happy to go that extra mile in order to give the customer the right expeperice and the best positive outcome. You will be working on a trade counter so experience within this field would be a distinct advantage as you will be dealing with all manner of products and timber and you will be expected to be able to familiarise yourself with these products in order to be able to give that great customer service experience. Full training will be given as this takes time, our client is very keen to make sure that the right person has all the support and training to be able to fulfil the requirements of the role.

Job Description

The role is varied and a very busy one.


Serving customers face to face, telephone and email orders
Creating quotes
Creating invoices
Checking stock in and out and updating on a daily basis
Filing and updating the system (SAGE)
Making sure that all the orders have been passed to be picked for the deliveries on time
Checking delivery notes

Cash handling


Must be naturally friendly and helpful
Must have a “can do attitude”
Must understand that ALL customers are important no matter how small the order or complicated
Must be an excellent communicator
Must be a team player


20 days plus stars ( will increase)
