Job Description
The role is varied and a very busy one.
DUTIES:
Serving customers face to face, telephone and email orders
Creating quotes
Creating invoices
Checking stock in and out and updating on a daily basis
Filing and updating the system (SAGE)
Making sure that all the orders have been passed to be picked for the deliveries on time
Checking delivery notes
Cash handling
SKILLS:
Must be naturally friendly and helpful
Must have a “can do attitude”
Must understand that ALL customers are important no matter how small the order or complicated
Must be an excellent communicator
Must be a team player

HOURS:
Monday to Friday 07.30am – 5pm
Saturday 8am – 1pm (on a rota)
