Installations Administrations Apprenticeship
Risley, Derbyshire. Candidates must be available to attend an Assessment Centre week commencing 9th May 2022 Full time Apprenticeship Rates Plus Package.

Role Purpose

With such growth, comes the need to invest in and develop our future talent, which is why we are looking for an Apprentice to join our Installations Team, supporting the Installation financial controller as required, delivering more than is expected with a professional approach throughout.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Install Finance Controller
  • Ensuring invoicing target is met in a timely/weekly manner
  • Controlling Applications
  • Chasing contractors/engineers for completion paperwork
  • Job costing closeouts
  • Timesheets/expense via inputting into sage
  • Dealing with invoice queries
  • Updating the invoicing spreadsheet daily
  • Many more duties will be added to the responsibilities as the individual develops in the role.

 

Who we’re looking for

  • Personality – Energy, Drive and Enthusiasm
  • Excellent administration and computer skills
  • Customer focused with the ability to resolve customer invoice queries
  • Analytical in approach with experience of reports (ideally including reconciliation)
  • Be capable of working effectively under pressure in a deadline driven environment
  • Professional with excellent communication, admin and people skills.
  • Able to produce documents to a high specification and have significant experience of manipulating data using Microsoft Excel and other appropriate packages.
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Detail oriented
  • The ability to handle multiple priorities with a structured approach
  • Self-motivated, proactive, enthusiastic
  • The ability to work independently and a desire to learn
