Job Description


  • Previous experience of running a fast pace driving desk
  • Must know the rules and regulations in driving sector
  • Client relationship building
  • Strong sales skills
  • Proven track record in driving recruitment
  • Business development experience
  • Client base of own to bring


  • Ideally management experience


  • On a daily basis you will be responsible for managing the expectations and needs of both clients and candidates alike.
  • Managing the whole recruitment process from registering candidates to making an initial sales call to a client and placing the successful candidate.
  • You will have full admin support.
  • Making sure all contracts and terms are up to date and compliant.
  • Ensuring that all computer records are up to date and correct.

To be successful you will need:

  • Strong sales ability
  • Convert new and revive old clients
  • Ability to grow the brand new division
  • Ability to follow a process and compliance
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent levels of customer service
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and customers
  • Full, UK driving licence (Preferable)
