Job Description

Job Purpose
As an experienced Contract Manager, you will be responsible for the central Coordination and management of each Cross Function Team and there running of daily activities, through effective communication, analysis, and effective Delivery of Projects across the business.
The role is mainly office based with occasional site visits which will mainly be in the Leeds/ Wakefield area.
Duties
  •  Support Senior Managers with data analysis and daily tasks
  •  Programme meetings with colleagues and clients
  •  Cross Functional Team communication meetings
  •  Work Closely with the BDM and Estimators to assist in new works and the securing of contracts in final stages of estimating
  •  Analysing and preparing secured works before acceptance of the work.
  •  Understand Contracts and advise the team where necessary
  •  Create, monitor, and work with Project Managers to ensure delivery of programmes.
  •  Work with Wholesalers to drive down material costs on securing a job or variations.
  •  Work with Project managers to Oversee Variations
  •  Ensure Projects are met contractually, on time and on budget
  •  Manage Project Managers and Site supervisors, auditing processes.
  •  Develop and monitor a Proactive Planning system in relation to material Ordering
  •  Updating Internal Systems
  •  Pre and Post Contract Documentation
  •  Pre and Post Project Analysis communication to Directors and other necessary stakeholders
  •  Managing, analysing and Monitoring of Applications
  •  Daily communication with all stakeholders
  •  Execute Cross function/team tasks
  •  Authorising and Auditing of Subcontractors in relation to Finance, Health and Safety and Quality.
